Matchday Privacy & Terms

Matchday is tournament software operated by One Cavite Pickleball Club (OCPC). Tournament accounts are separate from OCPC club membership accounts.

Account information

We collect the name, email address, password authentication record, and optional organization information needed to create and manage a Matchday account. Platform administrators use this information to approve organizer access and help secure the service.

Organizer and participant data

An event organizer using Matchday decides what participant information to collect for its event, such as names, contact details, photos, scores, and waiver status. The organizer must give participants a clear privacy notice, collect only necessary information, obtain any required consent, restrict staff access, and honour data-rights requests. OCPC provides the platform and may access event data for support, security, and platform administration.

Appropriate use

Use Matchday only for legitimate event operations. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, excessive, or sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary and you have a lawful basis to process it. Do not share accounts or public links outside their intended audience.

Security and public links

Access is role-based. Organizers are responsible for promptly removing staff access they no longer need. Public standings and player links are intended for event visibility; do not place sensitive information in public views.

Cookies and device storage

Matchday uses essential browser storage for sign-in, device sessions, tournament drafts and offline recovery. Clearing that storage may sign you out or remove unsynced work. Firebase provides authentication and live data; Cloudinary serves uploaded photos and logos; Google Fonts and other public libraries may be requested by your browser. The standalone Matchday bundle does not include the OCPC website’s analytics, advertising or social-media widgets.
